Return/ Refund policy
Refund / Exchange are only available within 7 days of receiving the product by the buyers. Please email us at decor.planet.melbourne@gmail.com
1. If the product is found damaged after unboxing it.
- We will require a short video of opening the box and clear shot of the damages before we consider refund or exchange.
- If the product is found to be damaged after watching the video supply by the customer, Exchange will be offer depending upon availability of a similar product.
- If the product is not available, we will refund the money after deduction the postage.
2. Change of mind.
- Sorry we don’t provide refunds and returns for the change of mind.
- You can exchange your item if we have similar value product available.
- If you can’t visit us in person for exchange you will need to organise the product return postage at your own expense.
